Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Flat Rate Shipping (Standard) of $10 AUD for orders under $150 AUD
• Express Shipping will cost $15 AUD

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Shipping rates depend on your location and the total value of your order.

• Flat Rate Shipping (Standard) of $20 AUD for orders under $250 AUD

• Shipping Couriers: Shipping couriers may change depending on the current situation, including international shipping. Please contact our Customer Service team for up-to-date information on which couriers are being used.

• Business Days: Orders are only dispatched on business days (Monday-Friday). Please note that orders placed right before holidays in Australia may experience slight delays.

• Shipping Timeframe:
• For Domestic, It typically takes 2-5 business days for Standard Shipping, 1-3 business days for Express Shipping.
• For International, 7-10 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

• Delivery Time: After dispatch, your package will usually arrive within one week, though delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance or inspections. For high-demand or popular items, there may be a delay in processing

• Partial Shipments: If some items in your order are ready sooner than others, we may ship them separately. This is to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. Please note that additional shipments will be covered by Kassiy at no extra charge to you.

Customs & Import Duties

Kassiy cannot be held responsible for delays, additional fees, or packages that are seized by customs.
• Free Gifts & Duties: Please be aware that free gifts included in your order will be marked with their original retail value (e.g., $10 AUD) on the commercial invoice. These items may be subject to customs duties or other import charges.

Order Delays or Missing Packages

• Missing Items: If you have not received your parcel within 2 weeks of receiving your tracking number, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will assist you in tracking down the issue.
• Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. In some cases, if the shipping cost is too high, the parcel may be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
